Several key factors will determine whether you can safely undergo the LASIK procedure, or other refractive surgeries.We, and your LASIK surgeon, will make an evaluation of these factors, and will advise you on the best course for you.

These factors will determine whether you are a good candidate for the LASIK procedure.
Pre- and Post- Operative LASIK Care:
We will discuss which refractive procedure is best suited for your eyes, and which refractive surgeons perform these procedures in our area. Once the surgeon is selected, we will forward our records to their office for their pre-operative evaluation. Depending on the surgeon's policy, we will examine your eyes on day on, day 30, and day 90 after your LASIK procedure. Throughout this process we are at your disposal for any questions or concerns you may have.
